IES stands for Indian Engineering Services. I have recently edited IES Q&A Book. The book contains solved question papers of the IES competitive examination for previous 10 years. The content has lots of mathematical equations and encompassed engineering domains like mechanical and electrical.

Project | ELT Series- Spring
Published by Macmillan India Pvt. Ltd., it is a term book series. Content is distributed over a year's span in these book sets for classes from 1 to 5. Each book includes academic content for the subjects like Maths, EVS, English, ICT, and GK. The revision of this series was challenging on two fronts. First, editors handling different subjects had to keep pace with each other. Second, all of us had to research and study the competition publisher's books and keep pace with them so that our product is launched before them in order to have a grip on the market. I worked on the ELT part of this series. It was a learning experience.

The website, www.humanemaths.com, was created by a mathematics teacher, expert, teacher trainer,
Ms Monica Kochar, from New Delhi. I edited the website content at the time of its creation. This was an enjoyable experience.

Badshah Khan was a prominent freedom fighter
from NWFP and leader of Khudai Khidmatgars.
He was awarded the highest civilian honour of India, the Bharat Ratna, by the Government of India.
The biography discusses the hitherto unrevealed aspects of the life of this legend. The book establishes the fact that Badshah Khan's life was
one of its kind and today's political leaders have much to learn from him.

Editing school books always gives me great pleasure and utmost contentment. I feel I have contributed something valuable to the life of those who are just beginning to learn and acquire knowledge.
